Exploration and discovery are what Krista is all about, and having begun her career as a therapeutic recreation specialist in the healthcare industry, she knows how to make work feel a little bit more like fun.
Krista uses her skills and expertise to help individuals and groups find the answers that may exist within themselves so they can move ahead toward achieving their strategic objectives. She has provided research, facilitation, and instructional design services for such companies as Procter & Gamble, General Motors, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson Medical, Kimberly-Clark, and Disney. She was the "Innovation Champion" for Maritz Learning, and has worked with multiple not-for-profit healthcare and community organizations, including Shriners Hospitals, the National Kidney Foundation, and the St. Louis Society for Children and Adults with Physical Disabilities.
Krista holds master's degrees in healthcare, business administration, and marketing research. She is a professionally-trained focus group moderator, and serves as the Missouri Chapter Chairperson for the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA). Krista is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). She is a lifelong hopeful Cubs fan (it's a thankless job!) and an aspiring late-bloomer musician, learning the saxophone and flute in her spare time. She hopes to someday broaden her audience beyond her husband and two pug dogs.
