Shideh has worked with schools and adult education centers since 1990, initially as an instructor and later as a trainer and curriculum developer.
She has been involved in strategic planning for educational institutions, setting course material and evaluating various educational programmes as well as working with publishing companies such as Harcourt, Pearson Education and McGraw Hill to train teachers. Shideh has presented workshops at various educational conferences in the Gulf.
An advocate for a transformation in our concept of education and how we design learning, Shideh believes that our capacity to be creative is an innate power; a universal gift! She values her work as the consulting partner for thinkx in the Middle East and believes it is a powerful tool for bringing creativity and innovation to various organizations in that region.
Her involvement with Non-Governmental Organizations gives Shideh the opportunity to explore diverse cultures and make new friends. She continues her long standing commitment to community development projects and works with children and youth on various empowerment programmes.
At the moment, Shideh is working as the business development manager for a manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, as well as being a consulting partner for thinkx.
