For the past 10 years, Patrizia has worked with organisations such as DeAgostini, Coca Cola, Disney and Yahoo! Europe. Using her unique approach to creative problem solving, she has worked with senior executives to expand the company vision, and create and execute new strategies. She has also assisted Sales and Marketing departments design unique campaigns; integrate market research effectively; and develop innovative product ideas. This broad corporate experience has given Patrizia an in-depth understanding of multinational environments and an insight into the challenges they face.
A Canadian of Italian origin, Patrizia is fluent in both English and Italian, with a working knowledge of French and Spanish. A passion for cultural diversity has led her to work in Canada, Ecuador, Italy and the UK. Using her language skills and experiences working in culturally diverse settings, she is able to draw out the best in each individual and encourage high involvement in a group.
